- Entry is restricted to one person per ticket/tag, which is non-refundable and valid only for the date of issue.
- Senior citizens (Above 65 years) should show Identity proof for concession.
- School / College students should show their ID card for concession.
- Foods from outside and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside park.
- Management reserves the right of admission to any person.
- Intoxicated and misbehavior persons are not allowed to enter the park.
- Management reserves the right to any persons to expel from the park in case of any inappropriate behavior.
- All person's bags and other items are subject to security check.
- Guests should take care their belongings. Management will not be liable for loss or damages.
- All the rides and attractions of Wonder World are subject to availability.
- Wonder World reserves the right to close any rides with/without prior notice for maintenance.
- Park working hours are subject to change without prior intimation.
- Guests are advised to follow safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators and displayed instructions near rides for safe riding. Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident due to negligence of Guests.
- Maintain discipline in ride queue area. Members of the group are not allowed to join those already in queue.
- Children under age 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
- Proper clothes must be worn all the time while visiting the park.
- Always wear Synthetic or Nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits) while enjoying the Water Rides.
- Dress like Sarees, churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires are not permitted in the water games and certain high thrill rides.
- Pools are shallow. Diving into pools is not allowed.
- Pregnant Women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure are advised to avoid thrill games.
- Persons prone to epilepsy/fits are not allowed in pools and games.
- There are certain height and weight restrictions in some rides for safety reasons.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the park.
- Pet animals are not allowed inside the park.
- There shall be no refund of admission charges if for reasons of maintenance, weather conditions or safety issues any or all rides are suspended or discontinued for any length of time.
